A: We host our local porch pickups every Saturday morning in Palm Bay, FL. Once your pre-order is confirmed via our website, you will receive a confirmation email with our exact pickup address and morning time windows.
Q: Can I buy single cookies, or do you offer different box sizes?
A: To ensure the highest quality and presentation, our cookies are exclusively sold in our signature Boutique 4-Packs for $17. Each box features a curation of our massive, 124g (4.3oz) Heavyweight masterpieces packed in our premium, eco-friendly BRP boxes.
Q: What makes your ingredients special?
A: We believe in absolute quality. We use 100% organic Bob’s Red Mill flour, organic unbleached sugars, and top-tier allergen-friendly chocolates. Best of all, our cookies are made with our signature house-made plant butter, making our entire menu 100% vegan and dairy-free without compromising on that rich, traditional bakery flavor.
Q: How long do the cookies stay fresh and how should I reheat them?
A: Because we heat-seal each cookie in a frosted protectant bag immediately after cooling, your treats stay perfectly fresh at room temperature on your counter for up to a week. For longer storage, keep them in the fridge to preserve that dense, fudgy core texture. To experience that straight-from-the-oven warmth, simply microwave your cookie for 15 seconds to make the chocolate flow like a river!
Q: How do I pay for my pre-order?
A: All orders must be placed and securely processed directly through our CottageCMS website to reserve your box. Because our batches are limited to just 9 boxes per drop to guarantee maximum quality, we cannot accept cash or walk-up orders at our porch pickup.
